Cell-Based ELISA 是一種新的蛋白質定性分析方法，細胞直接在 96 孔盤裡培養，待檢測時，不需裂解細胞便可直接測量 well 裡的蛋白變化。研究者在一個 96 孔盤上，可以直接檢測樣本細胞蛋白質經刺激或抑制作用後的表現。由於省去裂解細胞和抽提蛋白質的步驟，檢測蛋白質的損失也能降到最低，比起其他普通的 ELISA，這項全新的 ELISA 技術能更快速、更方便地一次檢測大量的細胞蛋白質。Abnova 將會加入更多 Cell-Based ELISA Kit 產品，近期將會陸續推出，敬請期待！
